Building a One-Page Indicator Checklist
The final evening of the intensive is not a recap quiz — it is a drafting workshop for a checklist you will actually keep.
Fancy binders collect dust. A single page taped inside a notebook gets used. Evening 6 of the Momentum & Trend Strength Intensive is dedicated to drafting that page.
Three lines only
We limit each checklist to three standing rules: one for momentum context, one for trend-strength permission, one for invalidation. Example language from a recent cohort: “No fade when ADX above 25 and rising.” “RSI divergence needs a second timeframe confirm.” “If MACD histogram expands against my idea, I wait one session.”
Peer markup
Students swap drafts and strike any rule that requires a crystal ball. Rules that survive are specific enough to argue with next month’s charts.
Revisiting later
We invite graduates to return to a clinic with the same page after six weeks of use. The edits — crossed-out lines, sharper thresholds — are often more instructive than the original draft.
