Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or enrol in lessons, and how we protect it.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry content (lesson interest, chart experience notes, message text)
- Enrolment and billing records needed to schedule and invoice lessons
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Cookie consent choice stored in your browser
We do not ask for national ID numbers, banking passwords, or brokerage account credentials through the website.
Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked lessons, send schedule updates, improve the website when analytics are allowed, and meet accounting or legal obligations in Taiwan.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, we rely on your consent (cookies, optional marketing), performance of a contract (delivering a paid lesson), and legitimate interests (securing the site, answering enquiries) consistent with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for the period required by Taiwanese accounting and tax rules, typically at least five years. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configuration, reviewed annually.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site storage and revisiting the banner choice. Email hello@cloudappiq.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
Our primary operations and filing are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan (for example an email or analytics vendor), we select providers that offer appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
Children
Our lessons are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this site.
Changes
We will post updates to this page and revise the date of publication when material changes occur.
