These terms govern your use of cloudappiq.digital and your participation in lessons offered by CloudAppIQ Digital.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or enrolling in a lesson, clinic, workshop, or private session, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book instruction.
About our services
CloudAppIQ Digital provides educational training in technical analysis, with emphasis on momentum indicators and trend strength. Instruction is educational only. It is not personalised investment advice, brokerage service, portfolio management, or a promise of trading results.
Enrolment and accounts
Lesson places are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you complete any required deposit or payment instructions we send. Website forms are requests, not automatic bookings.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, curriculum outlines, field notes, and site content belong to CloudAppIQ Digital or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our packets as your own commercial course without written permission.
Conduct in sessions
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other students. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, harasses others, or records classes without consent. Removal for serious misconduct may forfeit fees as described in the refund policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), CloudAppIQ Digital is not liable for investment losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after attending training. Our total liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules, rates, and descriptions current. Occasional errors or schedule changes may occur; confirmed enrolment emails prevail over earlier web copy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our lessons, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits and new enrolments.
